I don't know why there are three different counts, but only the first have a sensible value. Shutter Count 1 always shows 0. Shutter Count 2 shows a different, random value on every photo. As Footski says the D resets the shutter count at 10,, actaully at 9, Your 6, could mean 6, or16, or 26, etc.. It seems to me a bit rediculous these days that the count does not go to 99, As well as Opanda already mentioned, I quite like PhotoMe.
